DÉLI SCHUSS is the ideal place for a romantic breakfast, an aperitif with friends, a waffle on your own or brunch with the in-laws! Right in the heart of the village, you can't miss it.

Open from 8.30am to 7.30pm, there's a wide choice to suit all tastes. A comforting coffee, a satisfying hot dish, a soft waffle, a gourmet dessert...

For those who don't have time to stop, we also make our entire menu to take away!

At the end of the week, we also organise ‘JAM SESSIONS’ so that everyone can express themselves and get moving together.

Make yourself comfortable, grab a blanket, a board game and a cup of coffee - we're here to have a good time!

Everyone can say that Le Déli Schuss is a family affair. We've all lived, worked, grown up, eaten and loved here... Now it's your turn to make memories within these four walls.

It's a family affair, but above all a passion for healthy, varied food.

It's also our second home, the one that has seen our family develop over four generations... First a shoemaker's, then a ski shop, then a ski school, and now Déli Schuss.

It all started with an idea: instead of putting boots on customers, or selling them skis, why not welcome them in a different way, by serving them food? It then became a real project, supported by all the siblings.

OUR CUISINE

For the past 3 years, we've been striving to offer you healthy, tasty and varied cuisine made with fresh, seasonal produce.

All our dishes are home-made, from focaccia to waffles. We work with respect for our products, to obtain something beautiful, good and balanced.

It's important for us to take into account our customers who have a vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian or lactose-free diet, by offering them alternatives.

We offer takeaway xxl aperitif boards for all types of events. We can adapt to your needs and dietary requirements, to satisfy every taste bud (service by reservation only).

BRUNCH

On Sunday mornings, from 10am to 2pm, we celebrate brunch.

A hot drink, orange juice, homemade granola fromage blanc or toast, butter, jam, and a savoury platter that changes every week... enough to fill you up!

And if you're still feeling peckish, our dessert cabinet should do the trick, so you can finish on a sweet note!
